No guarantee or warranty is offered or implied for any of these surplus vehicles, equipment or tire sets.  Surplus vehicles will be sold to the highest bidder(s) on a strictly “as is, where is” basis. 

ð  A public viewing of the surplus vehicles, equipment and tire sets will be held on Wednesday, April 17 from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and on Thursday, April 18 from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. in the main parking area at the Coast Mountains Board of Education Office Complex located at 3211 Kenney Street in Terrace.  

Interested parties may bid on any or all of the listed surplus vehicles, equipment or tire sets by submitting a written sealed bid no later than 11:00 a.m. local time, April 18, 2024 to:

IMPORTANT NOTE – “Individual bids” for each unit, equipment or tire set must be submitted in hard copy form to the above address.  No mailed, faxed or emailed bids will be accepted on these items.  Bidder must include full name and contact information (cell contact preferred) as well as the Vehicle Unit Number, Equipment Unit Number or Tire Set Number for each respective bid (see above).  A Public Bid Opening will be held on Thursday, April 18 at 1:00 p.m. in the Board Room at the Coast Mountains Board of Education School District 82 (Office Complex, Building A). 

Coast Mountains School District will contact respective winning bidder(s) immediately after the closing date to arrange payment and pick up of surplus vehicle(s), equipment or tire set(s).  Payment must be in the form of cash or certified cheque.  The winning bidder is responsible for removal of the surplus vehicle(s), equipment or tire set(s) at their own expense from the school district premises no later 2:30 p.m., April 22, 2024.
