Beverly Azak
We are pleased to announce that Beverly Azak – District Vice Principal (Indigenous Education) will be adding the role of the Terrace & Thornhill based Indigenous Education Graduation Advisor to her portfolio for the remainder of the 2023-2024 school year. For the last few months of school, Beverly’s responsibilities will include the engagement of Indigenous learners and school staff from Caledonia Secondary School, Parkside Secondary School and Skeena Middle School. Kassia Nameth
Currently the Vice Principal of Kitwanga Elementary School, Kassia Nameth will assume the role of Principal of Kitwanga Elementary School effective August 1, 2024. Kassia joined Coast Mountains School District this year from Saskatchewan and has enjoyed her time in this school leadership role, learning a great deal from colleagues in her administrative network, including Principal Phillip Barron, as well as from her staff, learners and their families. Kassia is already deeply invested in the school’s preparations for the 2024-2025 school year and is thrilled to be taking on the role of Principal. Congratulations Kassia!
