The First Nations Education Centre in Terrace is a service to teachers and support staff within the school district who would like to incorporate Aboriginal resources and extend Aboriginal curriculum in their classrooms. We have a library with an extensive collection of resources by and about Aboriginal people. We also coordinate First Nations role models to come into the classroom to enrich your lessons.
Our centre is attached to Suwilaaks Community School, with a separate entrance beside the beautiful First Nations mural on Loen Avenue.
